COA Lounge and Steakhouse at The Surf in Cocoa Beach is exactly the kind of venue where first impressions carry real weight. High-end concept, coastal setting, floor-to-ceiling glass wrapping a curved storefront - every detail matters before the doors open. That's the kind of job we take seriously.

Post-construction glass is a different animal than routine dirty windows. Builders leave behind silicone residue, adhesive from protective film, paint overspray, and fine construction dust that bonds to the surface. Standard cleaning doesn't cut it. You need precision tools and the right technique, or you risk scratching the glass trying to remove what's stuck to it.

We went panel by panel using a razor and quad-zero steel wool treatment - a method that lifts hardened debris and residue without leaving marks or micro-scratches behind. Interior and exterior, every pane got the same thorough pass. The goal was glass that looks like it was never touched by a construction crew, because on opening day, that's exactly what the space deserved.

For a restaurant like COA, the windows aren't just functional - they frame the dining experience. Guests sitting inside have a direct sightline to the Cocoa Beach coastline. That view is part of what they're paying for. Getting the glass to that level of clarity was the finishing touch that tied the whole build together.

This is the kind of work that often goes unnoticed, which honestly means it was done right. Clean glass on a grand opening doesn't get applause - it just sets the tone for everything else. That's exactly the point.
